Vintage handmade crystal glass rhinestone tiara headpiece. Made in the Czech Republic in the 1990's. In a classic Art Nouveau design with a crystal rhinestone crown front which measures 1.8 inches in height. The metal band on the tiara is 4.75 inches in diameter but is adjustable by half an inch.
