Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not and would like to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a generous returns policy: we will refund (less initial shipping charges) full price items returned within 28 days of your order being delivered. Please note, we do not cover the cost of returned goods, unless the item is faulty, or delivered in error.

Returns outside of the 28 day timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If you're returning an item because of a mistake on the part of or because of quality issues, Astex company s.r.o will pay the shipping costs for you to return the item to us and to send a replacement item back to you if required. Returns for quality issues will only be accepted if the items you receive differ significantly from the item descriptions. We will not accept returns on any other basis and we will require photographic evidence as proof of items "significantly not as described".

Goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were sold, unmarked and in their original, undamaged boxes as these are considered part of the product. Goods that are returned not in the same condition in which they were sold may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Please allow 2 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of processing.

Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order or as store credit if preferred. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Personalised items and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

The original shipping charges are not refundable.


We do not accept exchanges


To make a return, notify us of the reason, condition and resolution for each product being returned. Add any additional information in the text field and add any files you wish to include with your request. You will receive an email to confirm your request has been received and then subsequently an approved or rejected email once your return request has been reviewed.

If your request has been rejected we will notify you as to the reason your return request is being rejected via email.


Please ensure you have a RMA (Returns Merchant Authorisation) number prior to returning your items. Returns without this number may be subject to delays in processing or rejection of your return.

For any returns, please package the items in their original packing materials and seal them in the shipping box.

The shipping box and any applicable customs forms should be marked as RETURNED GOODS. The customer is liable to pay any duty fees and/or taxes Astex company s.r.o incurs as a result of incorrectly filled customs and declaration forms or where this direction has not been followed.

Please use an insured and traceable method of shipping. Astex company s.r.o is not responsible for any products being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
