Vintage handmade crystal glass rhinestone tiara headpiece. Made in the Czech Republic in the 1990's with older vintage wirework sections. In a classic Art Deco design with a crystal rhinestone pointed front which measures 2.2 inches in height. The metal band on the tiara is 4.75 inches in diameter but is adjustable by half an inch.
