These are collectible unique steel impression die negatives, originally for use in the production of press molded glass buttons, beads, jewelry or cabochons. The negative was intricately hand-engraved and was used to create the actual mold in a softer metal that would then be set in long metal pliers and used to hand press fancy glass buttons, beads or cabochons. These are in condition as found since last use and there is no guarantee that these will withstand high pressure stamping.
Please note the oak wooden box draw in NOT included and is for display purposes only but we can send extra for true shipping cost.
