Lot (8) antique Czech hand made enamel over metal cabochons. These are highly elaborate, starting with a metal base onto which is set different color enamels covered with crystal and heated to fuse all the components together. This style of metal backed cabochon was mostly used in making pendants and medallions where the cabochon would be mounted in a bezel.
Size: 21 x 16mm. 13 x 10/16th inch. 2mm thick
