Vintage Czech press molded Uranium glass cabochon or necklace pendant. With an press molded image of a ladies head surrounded by floral detail. This has a hole at the apex to be strung as a necklace pendant or could equally be set as a cabochon. This could be set in metal to make a beautiful cameo pendant or brooch.
