Lot of 8 Czech antique transparent rosarian pin shank glass button elements. With a mix of colors, shapes and sizes, these are button elements that would have been finished with a metal loop shank attached to a seed bead or rhinestone.
For jewelry making, fashion design, sewing and crafting.

Rosarian: a term adopted for glass buttons with a hole through the centre like a bead. the shanks were usually made of brass wire, which was run through the hole, both ends being fastened to the knob on top. Most were finished with a loose metal ring around the shank. (Luscomb: Encyclopedia of Buttons).
