42mm Collectible Rare Antique Victorian Austrian Hungarian empire silver metal mounted hand silver gilt blue and white enamel button. With blue and white background enamel glass in champleve style, finished with silver gilt waves with some rubbing. Finished with an applied silver metal rose. An extremely rare collectors button.
