Lot (190) Austrian D.S vintage crystal clear round faceted glass beads . These are beautifully hand faceted and made from high quality glass. Premium quality vintage glass beads in excellent vintage condition. Please note these were photographed against a dark backround and are clear.
Size: 5 - 14mm; 3/16" - 9/16" diameter
These were found in an early sealed Daniel Swarovski export box from around 1910. The Swarovski story began in 1895 in Wattens, Austria, when Daniel Swarovski invented a machine for cutting and polishing crystal. His invention not only revolutionized crystal manufacturing; it went on to inspire the worlds of jewelry, fashion, art, design and cinema over the next 120 years.
