Antique Venetian Murano orange millefiori mosaic rectangle glass bead 30mm

Antique Venetian Murano orange yellow millefiori mosaic rectangle glass bead by E. Moretti & f.lli. “Ercole Moretti & F.lli” was established in 1911 by three brothers, for the production of two of the most traditional Venetian glass beads, the “chevron” and the “Millefiori” bead. The latter are made by placing the millefiori cane sections onto a bead core whilst heating. Hand made beads such as these will never be identical, making each one a unique work of art in glass. This style of bead is regarded as the best ever made in the world for the quality and craftsmanship of each individual glass bead.
