Wonderful vintage original Czech Bohemian Zelezny Brod School of Art glass hand lampworked circus clown figurine. In typical ZBS style with individual lampworked sections of glass. With a crystal cased slab base, a red spatter yellow body, red hat and blue and topaz detailing. With a stamped ZBS imprinted mark on the base which dates it to the 1950's. This is attributed to a design by Professor Jaroslav Brychta, regarded as one of the most influential glass designers of the 20th Century.
