Rare Antique Victorian Czech Bohemian oval jet black glass pin brooch or buckle jewelry element. Wonderful hand painted iris flower scene on thin hand made black glass. This element has the markings where the metal mount would have been applied by resin. Stunning piece of early art glass to be kept either as a museum piece or converted to a stunning piece of jewelry.
