Vintage Victorian Czech Bohemian ladies dress clip buckle embellishment. With a silver plated metal wirework frame, crystal glass rhinestones and soldered black glass elements. Each half with two metal loops for sewing onto fabric. Super example of vintage Bohemian costume jewelry in excellent condition.
