Hand crafted Czech art glass flower and leaf bouquet with lampwork glass beads. This is a beautiful example of the craft with blue and purple pink flowers, opaline white bell flowers and berries and pink cranberry berries. Made as a flat bouquet to be displayed against a surface
This is a wonderful studio art glass bouquet made with rare and unusual glass from old glass canes. Each piece has been handcrafted by our highly accomplished lampworker using traditional skills. Each of the individual headpin beads are wired into a stem. The stems make up bunches, wired into one larger bunch.
These beautiful bouquets can be used for creating art glass installations, floral home decor vase arrangements, crafting and chandelier and lighting design.
Although these were complex and time consuming to make, these represent extremely good value.

A few years ago we were fortunate enough to acquire the entire contents of a former button making factory in the Czech Republic. Included in the lot were almost 1000kg of antique glass cane. This cane dates from the 1900's to the 1940's and has the most remarkable pure colors with amethyst purple, Emerald green, Uranium, Ruby red, Amber, Cobalt blue and Sapphire blue to name a few.

After sitting on the cane for a long time, we found an incredibly talented lampwork glass specialist in The Czech Republic who knew how to work with old glass. Antique cane is a unknown entity and it requires someone with years of experience to work with it. Our inspiration came from the almost lost art of making miniature glass flowers which date from the 1900's to the 1930's.
