BeadStory.com ships worldwide. Flat rate shipping for your entire order. All additional items are shipped free! . Free Shipping over $300

We charge $7.50 shipping for your order. Each additional item is shipped free when shipped with Czech post. We process and dispatch your order within 2 working days. 

We will send you an email confirming when your order has been sent. This email will also contain a tracking number to track the progress of your order.

All dates and times stated on the website are given only for general guidance and are not guaranteed. In most cases we are able to deliver the goods to you within our estimated delivery times and, where we expect that delivery may be delayed, we may contact you to inform you of this delay.

During the busy periods and sales periods there may be some delay in the dispatch of your order. We will endeavor to fulfill your order by the delivery date set out in the confirmation email we send you or, if no date or time is specified, within a reasonable time from the date of the dispatch confirmation (unless there are exceptional circumstances).

We are happy to deliver your goods to a location that is different from your billing address. All you need to do is enter the alternate shipping address at the shipping section of the checkout process. Please note that for the first time orders we may contact you to reorder delivery to your billing address.

In some instances, we can deliver goods to PO boxes or hotels. If this is not possible, we may contact you to arrange delivery to another address.

We ensure all orders until they have been delivered to the specified delivery address, once the courier receives a signature, the responsibility for the goods will be transferred to you or the person who signs for the goods.

TAXES, DUTIES AND OTHER SHIPPING FEES

We ship to the following regions on a VAT Paid or Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

• European Union member countries

This means that the import duties and customs duties are already calculated and included in the purchase price displayed throughout the Beadstory.com site:

All other countries are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This shall be the responsibility of any local sales tax or import duties which may be charged by the receiver of the local customs authority. Note, vintage items are not subject to import duties and customs taxes in most countries.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the receiver and, unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we can not advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

In addition, please note that when ordering from the website, you are deemed to be the "Importer of Record" and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods.

The customer takes full responsibility for all shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges and handling fees if they refuse to accept a package due to import duties and taxes.

Please note, we can not subtract orders, or mark them as a gift.

PACKAGING

Every order is treated with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each item is checked individually by hand before we package it to be sent to you.

Each order will be delivered in a strong box and not padded envelopes.

All packaging is reusable if you need to send items back to us for return.
