Collectible Vintage Czech or German Bohemian late Deco hand painted early plastic running Top hat boy with flowers pin brooch. In very good original condition and a super example of Bohemian costume jewelry design. These old celluloid pin brooches may have some loss of hand painted detail and the metal pin may have some tarnish
