Large Art Deco Czech Schlevogt Ingrid frost citrine yellow herons and fish vase. This is a beautiful Art Deco era vase, with 2 raised relief herons, two fish and reeds. With acid etched glass polished to clear on the raised relief to highlight the wildlife. This vase is in really good condition for the age with the smallest of nicks on the interior of the rim. Truly a museum quality collectable piece.

The Curt Schlevogt company introduced the Ingrid collection at the spring 1934 trade fair in Leipzig and later on, it was presented at the world expositions in Chicago (1934) and Brussels (1935). The Ingrid collection was constantly enriched, comprising of approximately 600 objects in 1935, doubling in number by the mid 1940's.
